Information we collect
Leadsend stores the information you submit when you create an account, configure a workspace, add leads manually, or connect providers such as Supabase, Meta, Resend, OpenAI, or Twilio.
This can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, workspace settings, lead notes, communication drafts, delivery history, and event logs that help the product operate correctly.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the lead follow-up service, maintain tenant separation, generate drafts, send approved messages, receive replies, and troubleshoot delivery or workflow issues.
We may also use system logs, webhook payloads, and provider metadata to prevent duplicate leads, diagnose failures, and improve platform reliability.
How data is shared
Leadsend shares data only with the service providers required to deliver the product experience. That may include Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS delivery, OpenAI for AI draft generation, and Meta for lead retrieval workflows.
We do not sell lead data or account data to third parties.
Data retention and security
We retain workspace and lead data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and investigate abuse or delivery issues.
We use provider-managed infrastructure, authentication, access controls, and role-based permissions to protect customer data, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You can request updates or deletion of your workspace data by contacting the Leadsend operator through the support details supplied in your account or app settings.
If your business uses Leadsend on behalf of another organization, that organization may control the lead data inside its tenant and may direct us regarding retention or deletion.
